Our Process

At Core Smiles, we take your oral health seriously. After your initial examination, we ensure that no question goes unanswered. Using state-of-the-art technology and a methodical, science-based approach, we create a clear, personalized plan for your dental care.

We are proud to utilize our 5 Phase Examination, a clinically proven process that thoroughly evaluates your oral health. This comprehensive assessment includes:

1. Review of Medical and Dental History – Understanding your overall health and prior dental treatments.

2. Oral Cancer Examination – Screening for early signs to protect your long-term health.

3. Muscle & TMJ Examination – Evaluating jaw function and muscle health to prevent or manage discomfort.

4. Occlusal & Esthetic Analysis – Assessing your bite, tooth alignment, and smile aesthetics for both function and appearance.

5. Hard- and Soft-Tissue Examination – Checking for tooth decay, fractures, dental wear, and gum health.

If we identify any issues, we will explain exactly what treatment is recommended, the expected duration, and associated costs. Once your dentition is thoroughly assessed, we will advise a personalized schedule for follow-up visits—typically twice a year, though the frequency may vary based on your individual oral health needs.
