We take a quick, comfortable impression of your teeth which is sent to our lab to fabricate a precisely fitted guard. Custom guards are far more comfortable, effective, and durable than anything available over the counter.

The process takes two short appointments: one to take your impressions, and a second to deliver and fit your finished guard. Most guards are ready within one to two weeks.

Custom guards should be cleaned daily and stored in their provided case when not in use. Nightguards typically last one to five years depending on the severity of grinding, and we'll monitor for wear at your regular checkups.

There's no recovery involved — you simply start wearing your guard as directed. A short adjustment period is normal as you get used to the feel, but most patients find their custom guard very comfortable within the first week or two.
