CEREC crowns are made from high-quality ceramic that closely mimics the look and strength of natural enamel. They're highly durable, but like natural teeth they can chip under excessive force, so avoiding very hard foods is always wise.

Some sensitivity around the crowned tooth for a few days is normal as your tooth adjusts. This typically fades quickly. You can eat normally once any anesthesia has worn off, though we suggest avoiding very sticky or hard foods for the first 24 hours.
